User-centered design is an iterative design process that combines both investigative (surveys & interviews) and generative (brainstorming and experimentation) methods to develop an understanding of users' needs and preferences in each phase of the design process. A good user-centered design (UCD) puts users at the heart of the design process. In this blog post, I'm going to show you some of the importance of a user-centered design process to achieve a successful design project.
